 First failed attempt at a different writing style. I wanted to write in this new style because of how well the story would do in it. It would add a bit of insight to the current character, but create mystery about another and a desire in readers to keep going. I found myself writing in one perspective, then finding out it would serve the particular style better to be written in another perspective so I went through and changed every necessary word and sometimes sentence to make it work, changed my mind again, then put it back the way I had it in the first place. I have recently delved back into the world of writing. Not 20 minutes in, do I remember why I stopped!!! I don't get writers block so much.... Instead it's just A.D.D. I wanted to continue Ch. III of one story. It did not take long for that to become jot notes of Ch. III, an extension on Ch.'s I & II, another short story in the works, and yet another story to fully explain how the previous one came about! Ohhhhhhhh boy. HOPEFULLY I can muster the dedication to just one story and have it finished before this shift at work is done!
